Kim, 34, has admitted to having non-surgical enhancements in the past, but insists she'd never risk having the procedures while pregnant.
Taking to Instagram to address the rumours, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star wrote: "No I don't do fillers or botox when pregnant like some tabloids are reporting, you would have to be really sick to endanger your child like that!"
It's thought the allegations began after Kim shared a snap of her face looking a little different, something not uncommon for a pregnant woman – which Kim was quick to point out.
She continued: "Anyone who has been pregnant or gained weight knows your face changes. My nose gets bigger, cheeks fuller & my lips swell up. The challenge is trying to adjust the make up to make me feel normal & we will share our tricks on KimKardashianWest.com [sic]."
Kim and husband Kanye West, 38, are already parents to two-year-old daughter North, and the proud mother yesterday posted a picture of their daughter wanting to wear all of the clothes and accessories.
Alongside the photo, which shows North wearing a giant Minnie Mouse hat, a rucksack and clutching onto an umbrella, Kim wrote: "The struggle is real! We cannot go out of the house like this!!! LOL [sic]."
