Now the editor of Paper magazine has spoken out about the shoot - admitting she was airbrushed, but her bum is all real.
#BREAKTHEINTERNET: KIM KARDASHIAN'S GROWING BUM THROUGH THE YEARS
Micky Boardman told a US magazine: "Every cover of every magazine is airbrushed on some level, but what I will say, is that is her butt.
"It's not padded, it's not augmented. That is all really her. But yes, there was retouching to clean things up and make things look amazing.
"That's what retouching is. It's not building an a** that isn't there or taking 50 pounds off the waist."
Meanwhile it's been reported that Kim could be looking to buy an actual island for her daughter North.
An Australian publication states that Kim's got her eye on Turtle Island, in Queensland, Australia, which she's hoping to purchase for the cool sum of $5 million AUD.
The island - which comes with a mansion, swimming pool, botanical gardens and a helipad - has views overlooking the Great Barrier Reef.
Kim is said to want the island, which she'll name Isle Kardashian, of course, to build a theme park for one-year-old North.
It comes after Kim created a Coachella festival-themed amusement park called Kidchella for North’s first birthday.
