They just spent their first Thanksgiving as a married couple apart – and now insiders say Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's relationship is beginning to feel the strain of their hectic work schedules.

Now sources say Kim is worried about their future following a row recently in which Kanye accused her of being overly flirtatious with men while making an appearance in Dubai and for constantly prioritising her family over him.

A source says: "Kim and Kanye had an explosive row after Thanksgiving – tension had been building for weeks because they have barely spent any time together. Kim has been in Australia and the Middle East while Kanye jetted from China to LA for just 24 hours before going to Paris."

Kim appeared to try to calm the storm last week while Kanye was in New York performing at a World Aids Day concert posting a picture of him on Instagram, saying: "My Man Crush Monday goes to my BFF & husband! Miss you baby! #HurryHome," she wrote alongside the dedicated snap. But insiders say this does not tell the full story of what’s going on behind closed doors.

A source reveals: “Kim’s PR team have been on hand to help her deal with the rumours. And Kris has warned Kim that her earning power could greatly decrease without Kanye by her side. But Kim’s insisted it’s not about money and she desperately wants to make her marriage work. She loves Kanye and doesn’t want to lose her fairy-tale ending.

“She’s convincing herself that having a second baby will make things better. Meanwhile, Khloe’s been acting as a shoulder for her to cry on.”
