Katie Price was left heartbroken this week when she learned that husband Kieran Hayler had allegedly been having a "full blown sexual affair" with her her best friend Jane Pountner for seven months.
And, while Kieran has kept quiet about the accusation, his grandmother Rosita Talbot has told The Sun that she is firmly on Katie's side.
She said: "He shouldn't have done it. I'm old-fashioned. I was married for 53 years. I see Katie a lot and I like her. She is fantastic."
Rosita added: "I blame my grandson. He is very naughty."
While Jane Pountner's husband has insisted that the entire thing has been blown out of proportion, and that the affair was more of a "drunk kiss" that has become a "storm in a teacup", Katie has released an official statement.
She said: "I appreciate most people will have seen my tweets on the subject of my marriage to Kieran.
"I make no apologies for them though it will be appreciated that, sending them immediately after Kieran confirmed to me what he had been doing for the last 7 months, those tweets were a sign of my heart breaking."
She added: "That he was doing it with a close friend of nearly 20 years is hard to understand."
According to reports, Kieran is currently staying in a log cabin in Katie Price's garden while she comes to a decision about their marriage.
