The former stripper cheated on pregnant Katie with her then best friend, Jane Pountney, over a period of seven months - but the couple are now trying to save their marriage.
After the news broke Kieran went quiet on the social networking site and only logged on again to send a very public message to his wife on her Birthday.
He wrote: “@MissKatiePrice I will repair your heart and I am looking for the light at the end of the tunnel for our fairy tale ending! Believe in me xx”
But now it seems he won’t be tweeting again as his profile, and all traces of it, have vanished.
But could this all be part of the couple’s plan to try and get their relationship back on track?
Earlier today Katie spoke about her relationship with Kieran hinting, when talking about whether she would take another man’s surname, that they were still working through things.
“I'd love to have the surname, but obviously for work it's Price because that's that,” Katie said.
“But the passport, yes, I would do it but with Kieran he would have to prove himself before I actually have the name. I'm quite old fashioned believe it or not.
“I just want to be in love, have that fairytale, be that perfect wife, [and] have their name. [I want to] still have my career as I think it's important that you're not in and out of each other's pockets and stuff.”
And it seems this may include the removal of social networking sites.
