According to sources, Khloe’s family – in particular sister Kim Kardashian and stepfather Bruce Jenner- are concerned that the rapper is using her for her fame.
A source told a US magazine: ‘They are very skeptical of him. They think he's using Khloe for fame.’
Khloe and French started dating earlier this year within months of filing from divorce from ex-husband Lamar Odom.
French- real name Karm Kharbouch- was born in Morocco. He moved to the US at the age of 13 and started his music career in his teens.
Now the Kardashian clan are worried that French’s drive to be successful is behind his romance with sensitive Khloe, rather than genuine romantic interest.
The insider continued: ‘He's eager to sit at the cool kids' table and has been trying to get close to people he thinks are popular.’
'Being with Khloe means everyone knows who French is now, so he's getting a lot out of it.’
Khloe recently joined French in South Africa at the MTV Africa Music Awards after a video emerged of French massaging an unknown woman’s back on a balcony.
