Aunt Khloe Kardashian was notably absent from her niece North West’s second birthday party this week.
According to TheMirror, she failed to attend after learning of the death of ex husband Lamar Odom’s best friend.
Jamie Sangouthai, 37, allegedly died of a suspected drug overdose earlier this week.
Khloe paid tribute to him on Twitter, writing: "When does it stop? RIP Jamie Sangouthai."
She later posted an emotional image on Instagram of a woman crying, writing alongside it: "Life doesn't get easier but I promise you that life will make you stronger."
Whilst Khloe took time out to mourn, her sisters Kendal and Kylie Jenner and Kourtney Kardashian were on hand to make sure North’s birthday went without a glitch.
Kim decided to celebrate North’s big day at Disney Land in Los Angeles.
Rather than rent out the entire park, Kim, 34, decided to celebrate with other families.
In true Instagram fashion, the rest of the Kardashian Klan took to social media to share pictures from North’s amazing birthday party.
