Following estranged husband Lamar's dramatic brush with death and her subsequent breakup with James Harden, Khloe Kardashian has marked the start of a new chapter by going for the chop.

Just a week after Kylie Jenner cut off her trademark extensions, 31-year-old Khloe has done the same, cutting her blonde locks into a trendy blunt pob.

Her celebrity stylist Jen Atkin showed off her client's short hair on Instagram, writing:

Khloe gave social media a rest, while she helped Lamar recover from his recent overdose.

The reality star marked her return to Instagram last week by sharing an array of family pics, which included pictures from pregnant sister Kim Kardashian's babyshower yesterday.

Sisters Kourtney, Kim, Khloe, Kendall and Kylie all dressed up in cosy stripey pyjamas, celebrating Kim's second pregnancy.

The 35-year-old is mother to 2-year-old North West with husband Kanye, and is expecting a little boy at Christmas.
