According to reports, while sister Khloe, 29, is extremely happy for Kourtney, 35, and 31-year-old Scott, she can’t help but be reminded of her own struggles to have a child.
Khloe recently began dating rapper French Montana, but it’s been a tough year for her after her marriage to Lamar Odom broke down.
A source told a British magazine: “Khloe’s been praised for being an amazing aunt – a role she embraces as she dotes on her nieces and nephew.
“But it’s only natural that it’ll be hard for her to watch her sister carry another baby while her story has been so different. It’s a tough time for her right now.”
While Kourtney and Scott’s family continues to grow, Khloe has also had to watch other sister Kim, 33, and Kanye West, 36, welcome their daughter, one-year-old North, and recently get married.
Because of this, the source said, Khloe has been spending more and more time with younger sisters 18-year-old Kendall and 16-year-old Kylie Jenner.
Speaking to Now magazine, the source said: “The strain is showing in her relationship with her elder sisters. She used to be closest to Kourtney – but in recent months she’s grown closer to younger siblings Kendall and Kylie Jenner.
“She feels at this stage in her life she can relate to more to them, so she’s hanging out with them rather than ‘wifeys’ Kim and Kourtney.”
