Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick recently welcomed their third child together - and now it seems as if their baby boy Reign will be getting a little playmate.
"Who's pregnant?"
A short promo for the tenth season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, which aired after the finale of Khloe and Kourtney Take The Hamptons, showed Kim having an ultrasound as a doctor told her: "We want to see another pregnancy some time soon."
Another shot showed a tray of pregnancy tests being presented and Khloe being left open-mouthed as an unidentified hand held up a positive test.
However it remains unclear if it is Kim who is pregnant, or another member of the Kardashian klan… ahem, we mean clan.
Last night, Khloe added fuel to fire when she Instagrammed a photo of the positive test.
And she cheekily captioned it: "Who's pregnant? Kim, Khloe, Kendall."
The reality TV star, who included photos of herself, Kourtney, Kim and their mother Kris Jenner, added of her mother: "I think we could rule Miss Menopause out of this equation."
The majority of Kardashian fans have predicted that it will be Kim and Kanye West who are expecting - mostly due to the fact that the reality star has been actively trying to get pregnant with a little brother or sister for daughter North West.
She teased in September last year: “We’re trying.
“I guess, it’s all in God’s hands.”
We guess we'll have to wait and see if the couple release an official announcement anytime soon…
