The star was filming in New York with sister Kourtney when she decided to don the powerful message on her coat.
The 29-year-old star shared a Keek video of herself wearing the coat with the caption: ‘F*ck Yo Fur!!! Fake fur all day people!!’
Khloe has previously posed for PETA’s ‘I’d Rather Go Naked Than Wear Fur’ campaign. The campaign has also boasted the likes of Pamela Anderson and Made In Chelsea's Lucy Watson in their posters and billboards.
Khloe's older sister Kim Kardashian is often spotted out and about in fur coats and stoles, and has even been targeted by anti-fur protesters.
33-year-old Kim was covered in white powder by an animal rights protestor whilst she was being interview on the red carpet in March 2012.

Khloe cut ties with PETA after the incident when it was reported that the stunt was linked to the animal rights charity.
Though Kim continues to wear fur, she has previously said that she ‘respects’ charities that help animals.
She wrote on her blog back in 2009: ‘I respect PETA to the fullest along with any other animal rights organisations.’
