It’s hard not to notice how great Khloe Kardashian is looking these days after a two-year body transformation.

The self-confessed gym bunny credits her work outs and healthy eating for her new, toned physique as well as helping with her mental health, too.

But you might be surprised by the 30-year-old’s fitness and weight loss secret.

Khloe says that she drinks 5- 6 litres of water a DAY in a bid to stay healthy.

Thats nearly triple the recommended 2 litres set forth by doctors.

Khloe shared an Instagram snap of her fruit infused water, explaining that she tries her best to keep her body well hydrated.

“My water tip of the day. I try to consume about 5 to 6 L of water a day. (based off of my body weight and how much I workout this number was given to me by a nutritionist) Of course, this does not happen every single day but the point is I try.”

She explained further: “While infused water has the benefit of being full of flavour, it also has very low to no calories, making it a very powerful tool in your efforts to lose weight and gain better health. Nutrients leak out of the fruit directly into the water.”

Khloe is now much more body confident and now has perhaps the most enviable figure out of the entire Kardashian klan.

Big sister Kourtney, 35, even joked that Khloe was her fitness inspiration in a recent Instagram snap as she prepared for a work out session.
