Reports surfaced in August that Khloe's husband Lamar Odom had cheated on his wife with two women - his response.
Subsequently several reports suggested Lamar was battling drug addiction and he was arrested for driving under influence (DUI) on 30th August.
He was pulled over around 4am in the morning for driving too slowly and was later released on bail.
While Khloe has not made an official statement on the reports, she has posted a series of cryptic tweets on social media.
Earlier this month she tweeted Earlier this month Khloe tweeted: 'As much as I wish I were made of steel… I’m not.'
Being a prolific user of Instagram, the decision to return to her family name and drop the Odom from her Instagram handle is surely a hint that she is about to walk away.
She has also shared a picture with the message 'Sometimes you just gotta be your own hero and save your own little heart. Because sometimes, the people you can't imagine living without can actually live without you' hinting at her heartbreak earlier this month.
