The Atomic Kitten singer was seen without her wedding ring for the first time last week and has reportedly hired a divorce lawyer. It came at the same time as George appeared in court charged with assaulting Kerry and being in possession of a disguised firearm, following his arrest last October. He pleaded guilty to both charges and will stand trial in April.
But despite being ordered by the judge to steer clear of his estranged wife, reports emerged that he’d been spotted at Kerry’s East Sussex home.
A source says: “Kerry let George visit the house last week to see Dylan. She was emotional afterwards as she feels torn.”
