In August this year George was detained under the Mental Health Act after acting erratically outside their home in Oxfordshire.
He later confirmed the meltdown was because he'd be taking steroids, and mixing them with alcohol and sleeping pills.
Now friends of Atomic Kitten singer Kerry are reportedly worried for her, as she believes George may have started using steroids again.
An insider told the Daily Star: "George promised Kerry he would never touch steroids again but she worries.
"He's been acting strangely and has become withdrawn, clingy and jealous. He won't leave her side."
Kerry was planning a family Christmas trip to Cape Verde with the children and her mum Sue, but George's strange behaviour is believed to have made her cancel the holiday.

The source continued: "They were supposed to be going on a big family trip this Christmas but she doesn't think he's well enough."
Former Queen of the Jungle Kerry's concerns are said to have deepened when George 'went missing for hours' this week.
"She was ringing friends in floods of tears because she didn't know where he had gone," the friend said.
"If George freaks out again the only thing she can do is kick him out. She loves him to pieces and that's not what she wants to do. It's tearing her apart."
However Kerry herself took to Twitter this morning to slam the reports, writing: "Why would you put a head line on the front page of your paper that's a complete lie????? WHY?? [sic]"
Kerry was previously married to Westlife star Brian McFadden, 34, and then 43-year-old cab driver Mark Croft.
She has five children, Molly, 12, and Lilly-Sue, 11, from her relationship with Brian and Heidi, seven, and Maxwell, six, from her marriage to Mark.
George and Kerry have seven-month-old daughter Dylan Jorge together.
