After launching her new slimming plan KFIT Kerry Nutrition on Boxing Day 2015, and starting her new diet and fitness regime in January with CrossFit, Kerry has now revealed that she’s lost two stone.

Speaking to OK! Magazine, Kerry said: “My size 10 jeans are too big now so I’m about a size 8 and I was a size 14 before.

“I’ve dropped about three dress sizes and around two stone.”

And the 35 year old confirmed that her new look isn’t because of a ‘heartbreak diet’ either, saying: “This isn’t about my body, this is all to do with my mindset. I could be a size 14 and feel great.”

Kerry revealed that since splitting from husband George Kay she put on a lot of weight because she didn’t care what she was eating, but since the New Year she has had time to focus on herself and getting into shape.

“I had no confidence or self-worth, I was eating and drinking what I wanted and thought, what’s the point? I might as well be fat and ugly, no one is going to love me,” she told OK!.

Recently Kerry took a short break to Gran Canaria with a friend, and uploaded photos of her enjoying a glass of fizz before boarding the plane.

A video then surfaced of the mum-of-five rolling around on the floor with her trousers down.

Kerry received a lot of backlash from shocked fans, but she decided to ignore the comments and took to Twitter to let everyone know she is happy with her life.

She also revealed that she doesn’t drink during the week, and will only have alcohol if on a night out, which she doesn’t do that often,

She said: “I don’t drink during the week. If I’m going on a night out I’ll drink, but I don’t go out very often.”
