Kerry Katona, 33, may have recently welcomed baby girl Dylan-Jorge Rose with parent George Kay, but her life hasn't always been so simple.

The former Atomic Kitten star has been declared bankrupt twice, has been held hostage at knifepoint, diagnosed with bipolar and divorced twice, but the survivor has come through it all happy, healthy and with five beautiful children.

And, over the weekend, it seemed as if Kerry was busy reflecting on the past, the present and the future.

She wrote: "ThinkingAboutHowFar I'veComeInLife:) & 2 B honest I'mReallyProudOfMyself.Just want 2 sayThanks2MyFamily&Friends4 theSupport [sic]."

She also added a special message of thanks to her partner George Kay, writing: "Just want to thank the love of my life for being my rock! You've changed my life for the better I love you @mrgsjkay [sic]."

Later, clear feeling overwhelmed by all of the support she was receiving from her fan on Twitter, Kerry decided to share an important piece of life advice with them.

She emotionally wrote: "Don't dwell on the past, you cant change it,don't try to see the future, you can't predict it.Focus on the present because it means your alive [sic]"

It's great to see that Kerry is finally in such a happy place, isn't it?
