She’s suffered her fair share of drama and heartbreak but, last week, Kerry Katona’s notoriously troubled life reached an all-time low after she was forced to end her volatile relationship with third husband George Kay.
After the end of Kerry Katona’s marriage, insiders reveal she is having panic attacks – but has vowed to keep going for her kids
The couple’s 13-month marriage came to a shock ending when George was arrested on suspicion of assaulting Kerry and being in possession of a Taser gun – allegedly after a drinking session at the couple’s Sussex home – reportedly leaving the mum-of-five with cuts and bruises to her face and arms.
A spokesperson for the 35-year-old star said: “It is with deep sadness that Kerry announces the end of her marriage to George Kay. Her focus now will be on her gorgeous children.”
Insiders say devastated Kerry – mum to Molly, 14, Lilly-Sue, 12, Heidi, eight, and Max, seven, from her previous marriages, and 18-month-old daughter Dylan-Jorge with George – is desperately trying to piece her life back together, but pals fear she’s the lowest she’s ever been.
A source says: “After the arrest, George packed his stuff and left. Kerry’s been in floods of tears and her first instinct was to lock herself away in her bedroom, but she knows she has to be there for the kids, so falling apart’s not an option.
