George Kay was recently detained under the Mental Health Act for screaming and shouting outside her home, but 33-year-old Kerry Katona has insisted that she and her fiancé will work through the bad times together.

Admitting that the bad times were tough, the mum-of-five tweeted: "Good morning Twitter... The good times touch us. The bad times change us. It's up to us to make that change a positive or negative. Xxxxxxxx."
And, judging by her latest tweets, Kerry and her husband-to-be are working hard to make sure that the change, for them, is a positive one.

Admitting she feels more like her old self again, Kerry seemed back on good form as she said: "Had a lovely day with @mrgsjkay and baby DJ, got back into my workouts and feeling good again! All tucked up in bed having lots of cuddles.
"Just about to watch a film all cuddled up in bed with @mrgsjkay and baby DJ Rose.. Doesn't get much better then this! Sweet dreams all xxxxx."
Meanwhile George has also taken to Twitter to have his own say on the matter, writing: "I love you & our family more than anything in the world. I'm sorry for what I've put us through, but promise a great future"
Police were called to the couple's £3,500 a month rented mansion in Oxfordshire when George displayed bizarre behaviour, reportedly ranting in the street: "Kerry, Kerry, they're going to f****** kill me!" and, "Call me a f****** ambulance!!"
He was taken to John Radcliffe Hospital where police had him examined by doctors.

He was discharged on Friday.
Kerry and George have been dating since 2012 and have been engaged since April 2013.

They have one daughter together, Dylan-Jorge Rose, and are raising Kerry's other children - Molly and Lilly-Sue, who were fathered by Brian McFadden, and Heidi and Maxwell, Mark Croft's children - together.
