Kendall Jenner slams reports she ‘threw money in waitresses’ face’

Kendall Jenner has hit out at reports that she threw money in a waitress’s face during a recent outing at a New York restaurant.

According to reports, the teen model was dining with friend Hailey Baldwin, 17, at the Mercer restaurant in Manhattan.

Reality star Kendall allegedly became angry when restaurant staff refused to serve her alcohol (Kendall is 3 years below the American legal drinking age of 21).

She then apparently attemoted to leave the restaurant without paying, before reportedly throwing money in her waitress’s face as she angrily made her exit.

The 18-year-old took to Twitter to address the rumours over her conduct in New York.

She wrote: “Said it once and I'll say it again, don't believe everything you read!”

“These rumors r absolutely ridiculous! I would never throw money in anyone's face or act that disrespectfully. I was raised better than that (sic).”

It later emerged that the waitress in question was former Skins actress Blaine Morris.

Following the alleged incident, Blaine tweeted: “That horrible moment you chase a kardashian down the street because she forgot to pay her bill to be thrown money in your face.”
