It’s been a rough few years for Kelly Rutherford as she battles for custody of her two young children.
Earlier this year, a judge ruled that the Gossip Girl actress could bring her 8-year-old son Hermes and 6-year-old daughter Helena back from Monaco to live with her in the US.
Her son and daughter had been living with their father Daniel Giersch in Monaco since 2012 after his Visa was revoked following the couple’s split.
Despite a judge ruling that the children could return to the US, it was later decided that young Helena and Hermes must return to their father in Europe.
Kelly is now fighting a bitter battler to keep her children in the States.
The actress has flown to Monaco for the latest court appearance, and shared some sweet snaps of her visit with her babies.
Her lawyer told People: “Kelly trusts her Monaco legal team and feels that the Monaco judge treated her with respect when she was there last June. She believes the judge will again treat her with respect.
“Kelly is praying that the judge in Monaco does the right thing on September 3, and sends the children home to America.”
