The 33-year-old star named her firstborn Titan Jewell, and told People magazine that everyone was 'healthy and happy' on Tuesday evening.
Kelly also revealed that it was her husband, Tim Witherspoon, who picked the babe's unusual name, explaining: 'it has to do with family.'
Last month, the star also spoke openly about keeping healthy during her pregnancy.

'Its fine to have cravings but I wanted an easier delivery. All the women I've talked to, that have worked out, have such an easy and speedy delivery.'
Tim and Kelly married in Costa Rica earlier in the year, surrounded by their friends, family, and former bandmates Michelle Williams and Beyonce.
The name chosen for their little tyke comes from Greek mythology, famed for their dramatic nature - so lets hope Kelly and Tim don't have a screamer on their hands!
