Many people – celebrities and readers alike – have slammed editor Anna Wintour’s decision to feature the reality star, but Kelly Osbourne has insisted people need to ‘back off.’

The 29-year-old said: “Vogue would not be what it is today without [Anna’s] foresight. She knows what she is doing and no one can make her do anything.”

Kelly did reason that she can see why fashion experts may not have taken to the cover, saying: “There is no denying it looks like a really beautiful picture for the cover of a prom magazine so I understand why the fashionistas of the world would not like it.”

But the Fashion Police presenter slammed those who have criticised Kim and Kanye for the cover. “I don’t want to even go in to the awful things people have said about them. I find it disgusting.

“Regardless of whether or not you think Kim and Kanye are worthy enough to be on the cover, it’s not your decision to make.”

Kelly wrapped her rant by implying that those with negative comments about Kim are only jealous.

She said: “I am willing to bet my life that whether you recognise it or not somewhere hidden deep down inside of all of us is the dream of being on the cover of Vogue!

“So back of sh*ting on people’s dreams that have come true and try for once to be happy for other’s success. Stop raining on their parade!”
