Kelly Brook and David McIntosh appeared incredibly loved-up before he entered the Celebrity Big Brother house with the model posting pictures of them together at the zoo.

But following some of the former Gladiator’s behavior on the show – that included describing himself as “eye candy” pals say Kelly is embarrassed by his antics.

A source says: “Kelly can’t help but feel embarrassed by how David has been acting in the house. She’s worried it’ll have a knock-on effect on their romance.”
