In an interview with Easy Living, Kelly reveals that her years as a ballet dancer mean that no matter if she over-indulges, she can always snap back into shape quickly.
Kelly says ‘Because I was a dancer for years - I did 10 years of ballet every single day - I'm quite strong and toned underneath, so even if I do put a bit of weight on, it doesn't take long to get it back. All that muscle memory and posture goes a long way.'
Kelly, who recently defended herself after Katie Price criticised her for being 'a heffer' , also shared a fairly unusual trick for boosting her overall health and giving herself energy when she is flagging.
The model and presenter, 33, said ‘A vitamin B12 shot in the bum does the job! They make you feel amazing - you go from a little bit groggy to 'ding!' It's probably not that sensible though…’
Kelly, who has recently reunited with ex Danny Cipriani, said that when times are hard she always turns to her mum for support.
She says 'When it's a serious thing, it will always be my mum. No matter how similar we are, and how much we bicker and fight, when it comes down to it, my mum is always next to me.'
But the star also admitted she is aware that her day-to-day problems may be a little less serious than others, conceding ‘My problems are not real-life problems. I live in a bit of a bubble. It's not like I'd call up my cousin and say, 'Oh God, today they only had blueberries on set…'’
