She’s always had a body to die for, but actress and model Kelly Brook has been stepping things up a notch in 2015, and has shared the fitness secrets behind her curvy figure.

As she posts frequent updates from sunny LA, Kelly has been taking to the beaches and hills to workout with friends.

Following the festive period Kel admitted she was feeling a little larger than usual, and so started a health kick in the new year to get her feeling comfortable in her body again.

Trying everything from martial arts to weight training, Kelly has kept followers updated with her fitness mission, posting Instagram videos and snaps from each session.

This week, Kelly posted a very revealing video of her exercising on an LA beach - showing off her impressive cleavage in the process.

The model reveals her upper body strength as she performs backwards dips against a low wall, being cheered on by her companion.

Kelly has also apparently been following the Atkins diet in a bid to cut the rubbish from her food, and get her body in tip top condition.
