Kelly Brook reveals healthy weight loss secrets: ‘Nine months on…at my goal weight’

She’s made a career out of her curvaceous yet toned physique, and this week Kelly Brook has revealed the diet secrets that keep her in trim.

Taking to her Instagram account, Kelly admitted she is still at her goal weight after losing 8lbs of fat through the atkins diet.

Nine months after starting her bid to get more slender, Brook revealed she is far from a fad dieter - and has stuck to her low carb and low sugar lifestyle to keep the flab at bay.

Even more importantly, Kelly says she feels much better in herself since making the changes, revealing that she is ‘healthy and energised.’

The brunette beauty, who is dating French model Jeremy Parisi, slimmed down while living in healthy LA earlier in 2015.

But on returning to British soil, it appears Kelly has resisted the temptations of carb laden foods, and has kept on her mission to stay slim for winter.
