The theme is based around the “world’s worst birthday party entertainers” and sees the 29 year old dress up as old showgirl, Goldie and Princess Mandee – who creates some rather 'interesting' looks with face paint.
The singer filmed the video without the knowledge of anyone involved and starts off saying, “In April 2014, Katy Perry attended 5 birthday parties ... only no one knew it was her.”
