It appears people CAN change, as Katie tweeted the picture below alongside the caption: “Love my amazing flowers from my hubby so proud how well he has come through therapy people can change #soinlove.”

Kieran cheated on Katie with two of her best friends but the mum-of-five surprised everyone when she decided to give Kieran another second chance - so much so that the pair have revealed plans to renew their wedding vows.

And, while they have never confirmed the date of their second wedding, it seems as if it could just be today.

After tweeting the generous bouquet of flowers, Katie teased: “Can't wait for our wedding vows.

“Something's happen for reasons that are not nice but by being persistent you can get a happy ending.”

Hmm... we guess we'll have to wait for picture confirmation.

Whether it happens today or later in the year, we've no doubt at all that Katie and Keiran's big day will be one to remember - especially as it's reportedly Frozen-themed!

A source told us: “Katie’s on a mission to make this the best Christmas yet. She and Kieran are planning to renew their vows and she’s throwing a no-expensive spared celebration with a Frozen theme – as it’s the kids’ favourite film. She even wants to sing the Let It Go theme tune with daughter![] Princess.
