The former glamour model initially took to her magazine column to remind fans that she had pointed out years ago that Victoria had breast implants.
Katie wrote: ‘Victoria Beckham’s admitted in a recent interview that she indeed have a boob job- despite once claiming: ‘I’m completely natural.’ This echoes my comments from 15 years ago when I said she’d had surgery and everyone thought I was mad- she showed me her boobs in the toilets once!’
The mum-of-four reminded us that she received flack for making the claims against Victoria- who has a devoted following both from her Spice Girl days and through her new career as a fashionista.

Katie wrote in Now: ‘It’s not often that I’m wrong. In the past I’ve been honest with my thoughts and opinions and quite often it’s landed me in hot water when sometimes people have denied what I said.’
The 35-year-old also said that she doesn’t see a problem in keeping plastic surgery a secret as the results are usually so visible.
‘I’ve never quite got my head around why people refuse to admit having surgery when it’s all so obvious- especially when those nipples of hers stand out like mushrooms.’
Katie re-tweeted a fan’s message of support following her comments.
They wrote: ‘You said all along VB had a boob job and got criticised for it now she's admitted it just shows u don't lie (sic).’
