The 37-year-old has made a fortune from her looks – and had her first surgical procedure at the age of 19: a breast enhancement at the beginning of her glamour modelling career.
Since then, Katie has had another seven boob jobs, liposuction, regular Botox and lip fillers.
This week the mum-of-five shared a snap on Instagram following her latest lip plumping session.
But, while Katie was clearly over the moon with the results, her followers weren’t quite as convinced.
One wrote: “Katie I don’t know why you mess with yourself so much. I’ve seen pictures of you before you started messing with surgery and you were PERFECT!!! [sic].”
Another passionate fan added: “She is a beautiful woman and she is ruining her face. I would hope if I was doing that to myself someone would come out and say you’re messing yourself up.”
But, of course, not everyone’s remarks were based on concern for Katie. One blasted: “Those look TERRIBLE!!! Those are NOT Flawless at all… more like a hot mess! [sic].”
In March this year, after having her breast implants taken out for the first time in 17 years, Katie insisted she wouldn’t be having any more surgery.
She told ES Magazine: “I’ll still have Botox, but at the moment the thought of one more needle going into me makes me feel ill.”
