But the 36-year-old was almost unrecognisable this week as she strutted her stuff down the catwalk for Fashion For Relief Show.
Gone was her trademark big hair and revealing outfits. Instead, her hair had been slicked back and she wore a full tuxedo.
Katie added a pop of colour to the look with a slick of red lipstick and accessorised with statement earrings.
The businesswoman was joined at the event by modelling superstar Naomi Campbell, Jourdan Dunn and Pixie Lott.
Speaking to the Mail Online, Katie said: “I was totally up for the team giving me a new different look for the catwalk.
“I was so nervous before the show: the runway was massive! It was a wicked evening and Naomi did an amazing job.
“It was a great charity to be involved in and I’m glad I could lend my support.”
Of course Katie is no stranger to modelling herself, having had a very successful career as a glamour model.
It’s a very different look to what we’re used to from the mum-of-five but we think she looks great!
