The 37-year-old and husband Kieran Hayler welcomed little Bunny in August last year – six weeks prematurely.
After sharing snaps from Bunny's first birthday earlier this month, former glamour model Katie reflected over the little girl's first year.
Alongside a photo of her daughter looking extremely tiny, Katie wrote: "My precious Little girl Bunny a year ago how she has changed into a strong cheeky little girl [sic]."
Mum-of-five Katie then posted another, showing her gently kissing Bunny's head.
She wrote: "Life is so precious I love my children and husband sooo much [sic]."
Katie – who is also mum to Harvey, 13, Junior, nine, Princess Tiaamii, seven and Jett, who's nearly two – recently admitted she's got no plans to stop adding to her brood.
Speaking to Dr Claudia Bernat for new show Katie Price: In Therapy, she said: "I know I haven't had enough children yet, so I'm gonna keep going 'till the doctor says, 'No more.' Then I'd want a surrogate."
Katie added that she loves 'the fact [the children] rely on me'.
Discussing Harvey's disabilities, which include partial blindness, autism and Prader-Willi syndrome, Katie insisted she doesn't want to be a 'failure' mum.
She said: "I still wont' do respite [care, parents are given a break from caring for their disabled child] with him because I don't want to feel like I'm letting him down by letting him go while I go and have fun with the others."
