In the snap Katie’s ribs are slightly emaciated, distracting slightly from her deep mahogany tan.

The picture also shows off the results of her eighth boob job. While she was once known for having 34FF breasts, complications with her seventh operation last year meant she was forced to have her implants removed last month.
As a result Katie is completely implant free for the first time in 16 years.
Despite it being a big change for her, Katie recently admitted she’s loving life without the implants.
She said: “Love having my natural boobs love how my body feels… finally getting back to natural [sic].”
Fans on Twitter applauded Katie for her new look, with one writing: “Wow!! Katie looks amaze without her boobies! #beautifullady [sic]”
