The 26-year-old gave birth to Bunny last August, and the picture looks like it was taken almost immediately after.
Businesswoman Katie, who had her little girl two weeks early, is tenderly planting a kiss on her cheek.
She shared the picture on her YouGossip page, writing: ‘Love looking through photos my little Bunny Boo so cute [sic].”
Bunny is Katie’s fifth child and her second with husband Kieran Hayler, 27. They share 11-month-old son Jett Riviera.
She is also mum to Harvey, 12, from her relationship with Dwight Yorke, and Junior, nine, and seven-year-old Princess from her marriage to Peter Andre.
Katie and Kieran recently renewed their wedding vows, after a traumatic year for them.
In May 2014 Katie exposed Kieran’s ‘full-blown sexual affair’ with her former best friend Jane Pountney.
But, while she hasn’t been able to forgive her friend for the betrayal, Katie has stood by Kieran.
Following their ceremony last month, a source told Sunday People: “It seems she’s planning to wear the trousers from now on. But she loves Kieran and doesn’t care what anybody else thinks about him.”
