The 36-year-old shared the snap via her YouGossip page, revealing the results of her latest op.

Following complications with her seventh boob job Katie was forced to have emergency surgery to remove her implants, leaving her chest completely natural for the first time in 16 years.

It looks like the former glamour model is happy with her new look, and we can see why! She wrote: “Love having my natural boobs love how my body feels… Finally going back to natural [sic].”

The businesswoman then posted a picture of son Jett Riviera, 11 months, giggling away as he splashed about in the bath.

“At least my gorgeous Jett finds me funny! Xx” she captioned the snap.

Yesterday the mum-of-five uploaded a photo of her youngest daughter Bunny, six months, being cheeky at bedtime.

Katie wrote: “Little Bunny boo go to sleep … Caught her with my flash peeping lol [sic].”

Jett and Bunny recently witnessed Katie and their dad Kieran Hayler, 27, renew their wedding vows, and were joined by their older half-siblings Harvey, 12, Junior, nine, and seven-year-old Princess Tiaamii.

She won Celebrity Big Brother last month, and Katie recently revealed Kieran asked to have another baby as soon as she left the house.

Speaking to OK! magazine, Katie revealed: “He said, ‘should we have another one?’ I was like, ‘let me sort my body out first’.”

During her time in the house, Katie was on medication because of hwe boob job pain.

It got so bad that producers almost pulled her from the show before the final. At the time, Katie said: “I was in such a bad way they wanted to pull me from the show. I said, ‘no, you have to make it possible for me to finish’.”
