Along with the tweet, the 36-year-old shared a photo of her baby daughter's feet, in an arty black and white snap.
Katie also revealed her final bump snap to the world for the first time, captioning a snap of her torso: 'Last picture of my bump last week missing her little kicks.'
And it seems Katie has finally buried the hatchet with husband Kieran Hayler, after he cheated on her with two of her close friends earlier this year.
On her YouGossip page, Katie posted the inspirational quote: 'One of the happiest moments in life is when you find the courage to let go of what you can't change.'
Hinting at her and Kieran's past troubles, the quote suggests Katie has finally forgiven her toyboy husband, and is looking forward to enjoying family life with him and their new arrival.
