The baby girl is Katie’s second child with husband Kieran Hayler, who she was on the verge of splitting with after discovering he was having an affair with best friend Jane Pountney earlier this year.
The mother-of-five revealed the affair just days after discovering she was already six-months pregnant with her and Kieran’s daughter.
Katie fell pregnant with Harvey after a short-lived romance with footballer Dwight York.
She is also mum to son Junior, 9, and daughter Princess, 7, with ex-husband Peter Andre.
