Katie Price reveals how she would run the country

The 36-year-old revealed the changes she would make if she was put in charge, and some may surprise you.

Mum-of-five Katie told The Independent: "I would change the law around cosmetic surgery, increasing the age limit from 18 to 21."

Katie, who shot to fame as a glamour model, had her first boob job aged 19. She explained: "External pressure on young girls growing up today results in too many turning to surgery at a very young age.

"Are they having surgery to please themselves, or is to try and please other people? Like all procedures, cosmetic surgery carries risks, and they are risks that you are better equipped to understand at 21."

Katie would also change how the elderly are looked after in care homes. She continued: "I'd like to make it law that cameras are installed in every room so relatives can log on remotely and record everything.

"Some will say this is an invasion of privacy but I say it's helping protect those who can't protect themselves."

The businesswoman is familiar with caring for a vulnerable person – her eldest son Harvey suffers with multiple disabilities.

Because of this, Katie would encourage theme parks to provide more disability-friendly rides. She said: "I often find myself on the ground with Harvey just waving up at other family members as they enjoy themselves, because the rides don't cater for the disabled."

Being mum to Harvey, 12, Junior, nine, Princess Tiaamii, seven, Jett Riviera, 18 months and six-month-old Bunny, Katie knows just how expensive having children can be. Because of this, she also said she would reduce costs for working parents.
