However the model has now hinted that she may be expecting twins.
Speaking to a UK newspaper last week, the 35-year-old admitted that her bump is the biggest so far, adding, 'There are reasons why it's big'.
Katie, who is 6-months pregnant with builder/ part time stripper Kieran Hayler's child, also gave away some rather interesting possible baby names.
Revealing that she is considering naming her unborn child after the Peter Pan fairy Tinkerbell, she then added that she would call a boy Lorenzo, explaining, 'That's the names'.
The pregnant mother-of-three, who married Kieran after 11 weeks of dating, has been keeping a low profile during her latest pregnancy.
Possibly explaining her actions, she said:
"It’s brewed. I reckon it could pop out unexpectedly. I’ve got this really strange feeling that something dramatic is going to happen with the birth because it’s felt like the weirdest ever pregnancy.'
Katie, also known as Jordan, shared her appreciation for 26-year-old Kieran.
"Kieran knows all about the job of being a parent... of having kids coming into your room late at night, wanting things and not going to bed. Most of all, though, he puts up with me," she gushed.
Already mum to 11-year-old Harvey with footballer Dwight Yorke, as well as Junior, 8, and 6-year-old Princess with first husband Peter Andre, Katie revealed this pregnancy will not be her last.
