In scenes from the upcoming installment of her reality show My Crazy Life: Christmas Special Katie Price has revealed the real reason she and Peter Andre split, nearly 10 years ago
Speaking with close friend and trusted costume designer Adrian, the former glamour girl opened up about the breakdown of the famous relationship, lamenting what she called “the perfect one.”
“I haven’t been put off getting married again,” said Katie, when Adrian asked if she was looking for a husband.
“Do you want to make another wedding dress?!”

But when Adrian – who made her infamous fairytale gown for her nuptials to Pete – argued that she and Pete were ‘the best combo’, even Katie couldn’t deny they were a great fit, at the time.
“Well, we know why that ended,” she said.
“Mine and Pete’s relationship was very magazine and TV based, we were never really left alone to enjoy our relationship. Everything was documented."

“But the best thing to come out of it was Junior and Princess,” she continued.
“I would say that in a nutshell, Pete was the perfect one – then. I actually thought we would have been together for ever. But it is what it is.
“It’s been ten years and people still go on about it – but onwards and upwards.”
Katie is the first to admit “it’s been a sh*t year”, and insists that her head is now back in her career and is looking forward to the new year for a fresh start.
Pete and Katie first met on I’m a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here in 2006 and went on to marry a year later, starring in seven reality series together, before divorcing in 2009.
Earlier this year, speculation swirled as Katie was papped visiting Adrien’s studio amid rumours she was hoping to marry current beau Kris Boyson.
But Katie was quick to dismiss the reports, taking to her Twitter to say “Completely wrong untrue story again actually Adrian making me a Christmas outfit”.
