Katie Price has boosted her security team in a bid to stay safe when she tours the country with her talk show.
The former glamour model recently announced her intentions to divorce husband Kieran Hayler after he allegedly cheated on her with their nanny.
And, after heartache and disturbing threats sent to her by trolls, she’s enlisting the help of a “close protection team” as she goes about her professional duties.
The reality star is heading up and down the country and will be hosting chat shows called An Audience With Katie Price in a number of UK venues between September and December.
Former Celebrity Big Brother star Katie will be looked after by special security officers and ex-military drivers.
Meanwhile, life hasn’t been made any easier for Katie by her ex-husband Alex Reid, who claims the drama surrounding her marriage breakdown is simply for publicity.
He told the Daily Mirror: “It’s extremely convenient timing, one million per cent. There’s no coincidence here. This whole situation is a great money making opportunity…
“Having been in a similar situation, and understanding how difficult it must be for Kieran I feel sorry for him. He’s clearly signed a Non Disclosure Agreement and anything he does say is being controlled by her.
“I also feel sorry for the nanny accused. There’s no factual evidence to prove what’s happened. In fact, the nanny denied everything, also claiming that Katie owes her money. Knowing Katie, it all seems very convenient. I small a rat.”
