The 36-year-old may have failed to set the charts alight a few times before, but that hasn't put her off her dreams.
KATIE PRICE FACES NEW EXPLOSIVE BOBMSHELL FROM JANE POUNTNEY ON KIERAN HAYER AFFAIR
A source told The Sun: "Katie feels she has unfinished business with singing. It's always been a dream to see any of her music become a top-ten hit.
"She's doing it for the fun at first but if she gets good feedback, there's scope for releasing another record. Katie hopes sessions with her new voice coach will not only improve her singing but give her extra confidence should she perform on stage."
In 2010, following her split from Peter Andre, the mum-of-five released her first official single, Free To Love Again, which only sold a reported 3,000 copies.
While pregnant with son Harvey, 11, Katie donned a pink rubber catsuit and performed Not Just Anybody, in the hopes of representing the UK in Eurovision.
But perhaps her most successful venture into music was releasing an album of duets while still married to Pete, 40.
The covers included A Whole New World, and they even performed on Children In Need.
An insider told the Mail: "People think she takes it seriously but she actually doesn't, she's the first one to admit she's not the best singer in the world and it's all a bit of fun.
"It's not a serious attempt at a pop career. She's always said Eurovision is her biggest regret, so we won't be seeing her on there again."
