They’ve both insisted their former feud is now behind them, but Katie Price and Peter Andre seemed determined to prove they are friends now.
Katie, 37, and 42-year-old Pete were married from 2005 until 2009, and share children Junior, 10, and eight-year-old Princess Tiaamii.
But, following their split, the couple embarked on a very public slanging match.
Now though former glamour model Katie and singer Pete claim to be friends again.
Seemingly proving this, Pete today sent Katie a smiley face emoji on Twitter. She responded with two laughing faces and a wink – sending their fans into meltdown.
One user wrote: “So nice to see you two getting on again.”
Another added: “I know you’ve both had stick in the past, but this is so lovely to see… [sic].”
One very confused follower questioned: “Have I missed something here, what’s happening? [sic].”
Appearing on ITV’s Lorraine earlier this year, Pete said: “It’s really strange even with things that have happened in the past, me and Kate we’re okay now.
“We see each other when we see the kids, and it’s all nice, very civilised. We all get on really well which is excellent so that just adds to the peace and serenity and the kids are really happy and it’s really nice.”
Since their divorce, which shook the celebrity world, Pete has moved on with doctor Emily MacDonagh, who he marred last year, and Katie is loved-up with husband Kieran Hayler.
Pete and Emily share daughter Amelia, two, while Katie is also mum to Harvey, 13, from her relationship with Dwight Yorke and she and Kieran are parents to son Jett, two, and 18-month-old Bunny.
