Former glamour model Katie shared an emotional message with her Twitter followers via her YouGossip site, reading: “A tongue has no bones but it can break a heart.”

The quote was apparently taken from the lyrics of a song by platinum selling artist Ed Sheeran.

Katie’s message came as a surprise considering her almost euphoric-like tweet celebrating a happier future to come.

She wrote: “So good to be out of that history period and into the new future yipppeeee new fresh start :))).”

The 36-year-old – also known as Jordan – has certainly had a dramatic year, which saw her discover that husband Kieran, 27, had been cheating on her with both Jane, 50, and another close friend of the glamour models.

The affair was revealed just days after Katie discovered she was already six-months pregnant with her fifth child.

Katie and Kieran’s daughter Bunny Hayler was born in September and was kept in a hospital after doctors feared for her health.

Now, the mum-of-five is ready to return to work as she prepares to promote her latest autobiography, which she promises will detail the dramatic events of the past 12 months.
