The teenager being abused in the footage cannot talk and has severe learning difficulties, according to the DailyMail.

His parents, who work in the police and fire services, installed a camera in their home after Zak started flinching when people came near him - and they soon discovered that care worker Stanley was hitting and threatening the boy.

In a heartbreaking moment from the footage, Zak is heard sobbing in the dark after being shouted and threatened by the care worker.

Earlier in the video Nkenka tells him he is a ‘stupid boy’ and says he will ‘hit your hear’ if he leaves his room.
