But the former glamour model shot down the rumours two days later by letting everyone know in her typically upfront manner that her period had arrived with a tampon selfie.
However, insiders say Katie, who has spoken openly about wanting to adopt, is determined to crack on with surrogacy plans to have twins by the end of the year.
