The pair met when they both took part in the 2004 series of I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here and got so close that Kerry was even a bridesmaid at Katie’s wedding to Peter Andre.
However they fell out when Katie accused Kerry and her then-husband Mark Croft of taking drugs, branding Croft a ‘bully.’
Since then, they’ve been involved in many a public slanging match. Now though, it seems they have well and truly kissed and made up.
Katie tweeted a picture of her and Kerry, with the caption: “@kerrykatona7 what a fantastic day I had with you and @mrgsjkay great goss and catch up see you soon xxx.”
To which Kerry replied: “awww Kate it was so great catching up it’s been far too long…thanks for tea even though it took hours lol xxxxx.”
Even Katie’s brother Danny Price got involved with the happy tweeting, writing: “Pleasure to see you both again, looking great Kerry, George looking firm! Good luck next few weeks X.”
Both Kerry and Katie have shown off new, shorter hairstyles in the last two days. First Katie tweeted a picture of her without her famous extensions, and then Kerry was spotted sporting a short, blonde bob.
Maybe they were bonding over hair! Whatever the reason, it’s nice to see them being friends again.
