Katie Price has narrowly avoided Christmas in prison following her arrest on suspicion of driving while above the legal limit for alcohol and drugs after she crashed her car near her Sussex home in September.
The mum-of-five admitted drink-driving while disqualified and without insurance at Crawley Magistrates' Court on 29 September and arrived the same court today to receive her sentencing.
Katie, who was not wearing her engagement ring when she turned up to court, was given a 16-week suspended jail term as well as a two-year driving ban.
The former model, 43, must also complete 100 hours of community service, attend 20 rehab sessions and pay a further £213 in costs on top of the £7,358 she already owes the court.
District Judge Amanda Kelly, who delivered the sentence, said, “When you chose to get behind the wheel that night you showed no concern for others.
“You could have killed somebody. Your actions meant the emergency services had to use up their precious time.
“You knowingly and deliberately flouted a court order and not for the first time. You seem to think you are above the law."
