Katie previously said: “I’m insecure because I’ve put on 4st. My husband cheated on me and I’ve got that into my head.”
A source says: “Katie enjoys getting these texts because they pay her compliments. She’s told pals Kieran’s cheating really wrecked her self-esteem and she just wants to feel attractive.”
